A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
Read about it on Goodreads.
• 416 pgs.; Potential +41 CP
→ I actually haven’t read any of Sarah J. Maas’ books before, but I picked up A Court of Thorns and Roses and A Court of Mist and Fury at YALC a couple of weeks ago so I can finally find out what the hype is all about.

The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
Read about it on Goodreads.
• 409 pgs.; Potential +40 CP
→ Maggie Stiefvater has never failed to make me cry.  I’m finally going to give it a go. Plus, I’m still in mourning since finishing The Raven King and I really need something to give me that same sense of belonging.

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han
• Read about it on Goodreads.
• 420 pgs.; Potential +42 CP
→ I’m honestly so sick of this book in my Instagram timeline. All the reviews I’ve read lead me to believe I’m going to hate it, but I probably shouldn’t go in with such a negative view. It was part of a 3 for 5 GPB at YALC by the publisher, and there weren’t a ton of books to choose from so I finally decided to pick up this and its sequel and see what all the hype is about. I hope I’m wrong and I actually love it.

The Art of Being Normal by Lisa Williamson
Read about it on Goodreads.
• 353 pgs.; Potential +35 CP
→ I have a ton of ARCs from Netgalley that I need to read, and this will give me an excuse to finally knock one off the list. I’ve heard so many great things about this book too so I’m actually excited to read it!

Crushed by Laura and Tom McNeal
Read about it on Goodreads.
• 308 pgs.; Potential +30 CP
I’m trading this book and needed to read it before I send it away.  Plus, I just couldn’t get into my original pick for badge.

Sinner by Maggie Stiefvater
Read about it on Goodreads.
• 385 pgs.; Potential +38 CP
→ This book has been on my tbr list for so long and I finally bought a copy at YALC. The Wolves of Mercy Falls trilogy was my introduction to Maggie Stiefvater and I’ve loved her ever since. I’m so excited to revisit this world and some of the characters from the series!

Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
Read about it on Goodreads.
• 303 pgs.; Potential +30 CP
→ Let’s be honest, I probably won’t make it this far. I read fairly slowly. So, for this one, I don’t have too many options currently on my shelf, and I wanted to keep it a short read while also tackling another book that’s been on my tbr shelf for too long.

The Young Elites by Marie Lu
Read about it on Goodreads.
• 355 pgs.; Potential +35 CP
→ Marie Lu is another author that I’ve heard so many amazing accolades for but I’ve never actually read one of her books, in spite of owning them. (I also bought Legend years ago before bookstagram and book blogs were even an idea for me, and I haven’t picked it up yet.)

The total potential CP earning is 441 including the +20 bonus for each book completed. Are you participating in the #ReadThemAllThon?

  1. Oh, your list is SO FANTASTIC! I’ve read A Court of Thorns and Roses, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Simon vs. the Homo sapiens Agenda, and The Young Elites and loved them all, so I hope you do too!
The only book I’ve read by Maggie Stiefvater was The Raven Boys, and I just haven’t gotten around to the rest of the series, but her writing is SO INCREDIBLE. And I love Rainbow Rowell as well. Have you read any of her other books?

    1. You’ve read almost my whole list! lol I’ve only started on A Court of Thorn and Roses (I’ve spent most of my past two days trying to edit my layout here). So far, I’m not loving it, but I’ve read that this book doesn’t pick up until the mid-point and the next one is better. I’m keep my fingers crossed.

Please finish The Raven Cycle! It’s amazing. Read all her books actually.

Yes, I’ve read all of Rainbow Rowell’s other books. Attachments is the last one I have to cross off my list.

      1. Hahaha yeah! It does, and ACOMAF literally turns ACOTAR on its head, so you should definitely continue with the series, no matter what!
        Haha I want to! 🙂
That’s cool! I’ve only read her YA books (I just haven’t gotten around to her others yet); what’s your favorite?

        1. I plan to. I hate to DNF books, so I would read it to the end of this one regardless. lol

My favorite Rainbow Rowell book is Carry On, but I know it’s because of the magical/fantasy elements that all the other books lack. I love almost anything with magic! I think the YA books are better than Landline (can’t comment on Attachments yet), but that’s because I just related way more to those main characters. Even though I’m probably closer to the protagonist’s age in Landline, I’m not married with kids and all that like her so it made her a bit unrelatable, and it was more focused on the romance aspect of the story whereas the YA novels are more about the character just really coming into their own with romance being a subplot. Over analytical answer for a simple question. lol What’s your favorite of her YA books?

          1. Hahaha I totally get that!
I understand! I liked Carry On a lot too; it was just a really interesting concept, and fantasy is really awesome to me too. 🙂
That makes sense! I’ll probably end up holing off, at least for a little bit, on the adult books because like you said, I’m just not sure I’ll connect.
Hahaha that’s okay! I love it when people discuss stuff (especially books) with me!
Ummmm that’s a really hard choice! Eleanor and Park was my first by her, so it’s been a while, and that is usually everyone’s favorite, but I feel like I connected more to Fangirl than E&P, and Carry On as well. I don’t know though, I don’t want to make it seem like I love any of them less!

  2. To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is such a great book! I hope you’ll enjoy it and that you also have the sequel near you somewhere because this book will make you want to continue right away. 🙂

I’m also participating in this ReadAThon 😀
Good luck for the last few days! 🙂
